This is my story:<\/strong>

I am someone who treasures timeless values of humanity such as authenticity, accountability and integrity. I also believe that self-knowledge, continuous (organic) learning and improvement builds a strong inner-strength and foundation for long-lasting happiness, no matter how the external environment changes, from agricultural to industrial, to information or artificial intelligence revolution.

Over a period of 12+ years, I have worked in several different roles at both global and European firms. Between 2011 and 2021 (especially during the COVID-19 pandemic), I kept wondering: what truly matters to me in terms of contributing to humanity and society? 

After careful thought and consideration as well as guided self-evaluations, my inner voice became clearer: as one of my highest drives is to encourage people (1) to understand themselves, (2) stay closer to their true selves and, most importantly, (3) through consciousness, stay resilient and joyful in life, I would like to share my time and energy with those who value authenticity, wisdom and creativity.      

During the last quarter of 2020, I founded \"JINGYUN<\/strong>\"\uff08Testimonials<\/a>\uff09, a private teaching studio, with the intent to empower individual (children\/teenagers and adults) through sharing ancient wisdom, lifestyle aesthetic and guiding towards self-leadership. 

Only with a healthy attitude, clear focus and mindful actions, we could better utilize our finite time, intelligent mind and limited energy to build a life that is fulfilling and with little regrets as possible, in this AI-driven era.

\u5927\u5b66\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u66fe\u534f\u52a9\u5546\u5b66\u9662\u6559\u6388\u7ed9\u4f4e\u5e74\u7ea7\u5927\u5b66\u751f\u6559\u6388\u5168\u82f1\u6587\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff1b\u6d77\u5916\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u751f\u6d3b\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u5229\u7528\u4e1a\u4f59\u65f6\u95f4\u7814\u4e60\u5e76\u6559\u6388\u4e2d\u6587\uff0c\u622a\u6b62\u52302020\u5e749\u6708\u7d2f\u8ba1\u8d85\u8fc73,500\u5c0f\u65f6\u3002\u5b66\u751f\u5e74\u9f84\u8de8\u5ea6\u4ece4\u5c81\u81f330+\u4e0d\u7b49\u3002

\u6210\u7acb\u666f\u4e91\u7684\u521d\u8877<\/strong>

\u505a\u201c\u5229\u4eba\u5229\u5df1\u201d\u4e4b\u4e8b\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u4e3a\u4eba\u5904\u4e8b\u7684\u539f\u5219\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 

2011 - 2021\u8fd9\u5341\u5e74\u95f4\uff0c\u4e00\u6b21\u53c8\u4e00\u6b21\uff0c\u6211\u626a\u5fc3\u81ea\u95ee\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u6253\u7406\u597d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5230\u5e95\u8fd8\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e8b\uff0c\u503c\u5f97\u6211\u8d21\u732e\u51fa\u81ea\u5df1\u8fd9\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u65f6\u5149\uff1f\u7b54\u6848\u662f\uff1a\u5173\u4e4e\u89c9\u77e5\u7d20\u517b\u3001\u5fc3\u7075\u4e0e\u751f\u547d\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u3002

\u4e00\u8def\u8d70\u6765\uff0c\u7ed9\u4e88\u6211\u6700\u5927\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u662f\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u53e4\u4eca\u4e2d\u5916\u7684\u826f\u5e08\u76ca\u53cb\u3001\u5386\u7ecf\u65f6\u95f4\u68c0\u9a8c\u7684\u4e66\u7c4d\u4ee5\u53ca\u65e5\u5e38\u89c2\u5bdf\u3001\u601d\u8003\u5e76\u4ed8\u8bf8\u4e8e\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u4e60\u60ef\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5584\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u80fd\u4f20\u9012\u3001\u5206\u4eab\u7ed9\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\uff0c\u4fc3\u4f7f\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u4eba\u53bb\u89c2\u770b\u81ea\u5df1\u3001\u63a5\u7eb3\u5e76\u8ba4\u540c\u81ea\u5df1\u3001\u73cd\u60dc\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0e\u751f\u547d\u3001\u5e2e\u52a9\u81ea\u5df1\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u9762\u5bf9\u56f0\u5883\u4e0e\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5728\u6211\u770b\u6765\uff0c\u4fbf\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u503c\u5f97\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u3002

\u800c\u4e2d\u56fd\u73b0\u4ee3\u7f8e\u5b66\u5960\u57fa\u4eba\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u5bb6\u6731\u5149\u6f5c\u5148\u751f\uff081897 - 1986\uff09\u66fe\u7ecf\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\"\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u5728\u2018\u542f\u53d1\u2019\u4eba\u6027\u4e2d\u56fa\u6709\u7684\u6c42\u77e5\u3001\u60f3\u597d\u3001\u7231\u7f8e\u7684\u672c\u80fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b83\u4eec\u5c3d\u91cf\u751f\u5c55\u3002\" 

\u5c06\u66f4\u591a\u65f6\u95f4\u653e\u5728\u5b69\u7ae5\u3001\u5c11\u5e74\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u72b9\u5982\u7528\u5fc3\u5475\u62a4\u4e00\u682a\u5c0f\u6811\u82d7\u3002\u666f\u4e91\u5b66\u5885\u8981\u505a\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u6709\u673a\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u534f\u52a9\u5bb6\u957f\u4eec\u5c06\u201c\u5c0f\u6811\u82d7\u201d\u7684\u6839\u57fa\u6253\u7262\uff0c\u4e88\u4ee5\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5fc3\u7075\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u80a5\u6c83\u7684\u571f\u58e4\uff0c\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u9633\u5149\u548c\u96e8\u9732\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u5176\u8fce\u63a5\u6210\u957f\u4e2d\u53ef\u77e5\u4e0e\u4e0d\u53ef\u77e5\u7684\u98ce\u96e8\uff0c\u5b66\u4f1a\u81ea\u7acb\u3001\u81ea\u52a9\u3001\u81ea\u6d3d\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u8eab\u5904\u600e\u6837\u7684\u5883\u9047\u3002

\u666f\u4e91\u5b66\u587e\u501f\u7531\u8bfb\u4e66\u3001\u5206\u4eab\u3001\u80b2\u4eba\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u751f\u547d\u4e2a\u4f53\u5bf9\u81ea\u6211\u6709\u66f4\u8fd1\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u597d\u5947\u5fc3\uff0c\u6709\u66f4\u6df1\u4e00\u5c42\u6b21\u7684\u8ba4\u77e5\uff0c\u534f\u52a9\u5bb6\u957f\u4e0e\u5b69\u7ae5\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u76f8\u5904\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u5f7c\u6b64\u6210\u4e3a\u8eab\u5fc3\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u66f4\u5feb\u4e50\u3001\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u81ea\u5728\u4eab\u53d7\u4eba\u751f\u65c5\u7a0b\u3002
